We totally get it—life happens, and sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here at Artistry by Aiy, we want to keep things running smoothly for everyone! Need to Reschedule? No problem! Just let us know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll happily move your appointment. We want to keep you glowing, but late changes make it tricky! Last-Minute Cancellations 🚫: If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there’s a 50% of services charge. We’re all about flexibility, but our artist has a schedule to keep! No-Shows 😬: Oh no! If you miss your appointment without letting us know, there’s a 100% charge. We miss you when you don’t show up, and so does your spot on our calendar! Late? ⏰ If you’re running late, please give us a call. More than 15 minutes late? We might need to reschedule, and a fee could apply.
